    Would this work for business cards or would the embossment rub off?

    Once it's melted, embossing powder is on for good, so it works very well for business cards on most cardstocks. If the cardstock is super glossy you might want to test it. Embossing is awesome on glossy surfaces, but it might crack if the card gets a lot of wear.
