super creative..what was that glue used to adhere the pieces to the card?
Fabulously Artsy
I use either tombow tape runners, or an ATG tape gun for adhesive on my card pieces. The greeting was attached with 3-D foam tape, so it would pop up a bit.

Love the lesson. You don't mention holding the can close for the mottled effect but you essentially teach it in the quiz. Also unless you have a awesome way of directed heating you won't be able to brush off the extra embossing powder after heating rather you will need to brush with a fine paint brush or use something like an embossing busy.
Fabulously Artsy
Holding the bottle close to achieve a mottled pattern is in the text onscreen at :50 in the lesson. Perhaps you missed it?

Metallic embossing powders (EP) have mica or other coloring powders mixed into the embossing substance, which gives it that metallic sheen when the powder is trapped in the melted EP. This fine coloring powder tends to drift off your stamped image and cling to dark cardstock while you're using an embossing gun. After melting the EP, it's simple to rub away any mica powder still clinging to your project. If you do have stray EP, brush it away BEFORE heating. Thanks for watching!

Can you achieve the blue spray mist using CTMH reinkers and the now retired Create a shade pearl paint? If so what reinker would you reccommend....maybe the new glacier ink or retired twylight? I have had success using this formula (12 parts water, 2 parts reinker, 1 gtt ink) as a glimmer mist effect for backgrounfs or resist stamps, but have never tried layering it like you taught. Thanks for the idea. Always, Alayne

The Sea Mint Green spray is closer to the Close to My Heart Topiary or Pear color, it's a very bright green. You can see the spray by clicking on the link in the upper right corner, just point at the paperclip image. I recommend the Lindy's Sprays because they are formulated not to clog and they are affordable. I've never had much success with the homemade recipes for sprays using paint, they always ruin my sprayer. Reinker and water are okay for color only, no shimmer.
