if I freeze my smoothie during the night and then use it the day after,isn't it better to prevent oxidization when storing only inside a refrigerator? another question: what do you think about reducing the fruits or using only low fructose ones and adding sugar replacements such as erythritol ot stevia? I'm talking about very small amount(one table spoon)for at least 23 oz)

It is best to make the smoothie fresh, and given that it only takes less than 5 minutes, I really highly recommend it. With regards to freezing, whether it is better than just refrigerating is a little hard to say in this case, though every extreme temperature change takes a toll on our food and its nutritional value. Also, because you are not using flash freezing, which is how much of frozen fruit is frozen, and it is such a short time (just overnight) it doesn't seem worth it in this case.

With regards to fruit, not at all. Fruit is human beings' perfect food and we don't have to fear any fruit sugars. Unfortunately there's a lot of misinformation passed around on internet in the midst of the "sugar craze" of our society and wholesome foods like fruits are often treated in the same category as refined and processed sugar foods. Fruit is the most cleansing, detoxifying, healing & energizing food source and not something that should be feared or limited. See Dr. Robert Morse on YT.
