what about lettuce?recommended? thanks

Usually no, as lettuce has a particular flavor that can be difficult to mask in green smoothies. It is also a soft leafy green that is easy to eat for most people, as opposed to hard leafy greens like Kale or Collards. I recommend keeping lettuce for salads and using other greens for smoothies.
