I've been taught that two electrons repel each other because of interaction between electric fields; so does that mean electric filed is caused by moving (virtual) photos?!

Brilliant! I'm a GCSE student who's very interested in physics but my school only teaches what we need for the test, and I was looking for easy, simple explanations of what I'm interested in, and found it here! :)
