I have watched this lesson quite a few times and you are so great at teaching these lessons! I was wondering after the fondant is made and applied to any baked item, does it need to be refrigerated? Also, how long does the fondant last? Thanks again!

Eat Now, Cry Later
Hi Tiffany! Thank you so much for the kind words! Refrigerating the fondant will depend on the weather. If it is hot and sticky where you are, then it may be a good idea to stick it in the fridge. Every baker has their own preference though, as some say never to refrigerate your fondant. Also, it depends on if you have anything that can spoil in between your layers (those should def be refrigerated). At room temp, the fondant can last for 2 weeks.
