For 20, I don't know who Bill Oddie is, but I know who Barack Obama is. I just have to come up with a whacky action that he is doing.

I am going to picture Barack Obama finishing first place in a long-distance race because his father was a Kenyan.

A lot of these famous people/personalities in your 100 Characters For 2 Digit Numbers attached sheet I am unfamiliar with. It seems like I am going to have to either try come up with some names on my own or try to learn who the heck these people are. I also tried coming up with names for the numbers missing a name. For 70, I came up with George Orwell;Georgia O'Keeffe also works. For 40, I thought Dominic O'Brien. The other missing names were a little more difficult to come up with.
