EVOLUTION in itself cannot design our brain or anything else about us.
In order to design something, there must be a “designer “ a creator. I’m deleting this app. Ridiculous.

I found it helpful to write what I am grateful for on a slip of paper and putting it in a jar. When I feel down, I get the jar out and pull out slips of paper and read them to remind me how much I am grateful.
