Empowering Teachers in the Classroom

Bravo! Maintain! I am a retired teacher and I remember times it seemed that we teachers we slogging through the half frozen mud of no pay, long hours, shortage of materials, and uninspired adminis. My father once said to me that if one loves their work, it will pay enough... I loved my job. And in the end, the struggle more than worth it to my students (I still hear from many) and my family (their pride shows), my former colleagues/friends (one of whom just called) and, of course, to me.

It's a very good idea, I'm glad that it's free to use. Hopefully it will help improve education :)

It was interesting enough, but the video kept stopping. Could be that I am in France and our internet bites here! This is probably better for teachers when it is incorporated at the beginning of the year. I will have to check it out before next year's start of school. If I have a classroom.
