Common is a hip hop artist, actor, and film producer from Chicago. Common won his first Grammy award for "Love of My Life" with Erykah Badu in 2003, and his second Grammy for "Southside" with Kanye West in 2007. Recently in 2015, Common won a Golden Globe and Academy Award for his song "Glory" with John Legend in the film Selma. Common's acting roles include parts in Smokin' Aces, American Gangster, and Date Night, as well as many others.
