Thanks so much! I had found out when I had done a fitness examination that I was good with strength exercises, however was really weak in my cardio area. I wanted to be able to run 10km eventually but needed some training tips to help me out. I really appreciate the specific tips you gave in this video, I look forward to putting them into practice and will have you to thank when I run my first 10km.
