I use wax paper, which doesn't wrinkle and can be used Matt side up. I will use your tip if I run out of wax paper. Thanks!

Thanks! I was running out of parchment and I'm glad to see that regular paper will work and not wrinkle as much!

won't the paper burn in the oven

Hi Carol, no the paper won't actually burn at the low temperatures that polymer clay is baked at, just as long as it doesn't touch the elements. If you are worried about it, you can use an upside down tinfoil roasting pan. Just make sure the clay doesn't touch the foil or you will get a burn spot on your clay. Hope that helps!
