I am low-blood pressure, I sometimes get faint, and have block-outs, and pass out. I was told to drink 8-10 8 ounce glasses, daily, and eat more foods with salt. I eat pretzels, and sometimes pop-corn. I do not pass out. My blood pressure stays low, but healthy. Am I still eating heakthy? Salt makes me more thirsty for the water.

Hi Chris, as I am neither a doctor (or dietician) I can't speak specifically to your health issue. I also don't know what the rest of your diet contains, so I can't comment if you are eating healthy or not. My recommendation is to find a doc that knows about nutrition so that you can monitor the effects of diet. There are better sources of sodium than pretzels and popcorn though!
