Great lesson man, but take a closer look at your “3 nots per string” mode diagram. The Mixolydian mode is slightly off. You add a #4 in there, when it’s supposed to be a 4. I know it’s just an honest mistake, but I wouldn’t want people getting confused. Anyway, great content like always. I actually learned something new in this lesson, even though I already had these patterns down cold.

Thanks that was really interesting and clear. I am just a complete beginner with the guitar and used to learning on the piano, so am finding the organisation of the notes a little difficult to get used to. It would be great if you could indicate on your lessons which might be a useful order to play them in, assuming it might be helpful to know some things before others.
