We have a pomegranate tree and each year we get a big crop of them. I use them in Indian cooking for pulaos and such. Adding them to make cranberry sauce is a delicious choice. As I am a total vegetarian,I can use this as a great accompaniment with my chappattis (flat bread) and even sandwiches. I loved it. Thank you.

I wager you could pop some black mustard seeds, toast some green chilies and curry leaves, and stir those into the cranberry sauce for a wonderful chutney. So glad you liked the idea.
