I HAVE BACK PROBLEMS..NOW 2 AND A HALF YEARS.I PLAY BOWLING ONCE A WEEK(3 GAMES =3HOURS + BACK CREAME,SO I DON'T HURT)..MY QUESTION IS THIS..CAN THESE EXCERSIES HELP,ME TO LOOSE WEIGHT,AND HAVE LESS BACK PAIN,MR.SEAN VIGUE???

Hey why couldn't I download the workout? So once you pay for the lesson you loose it?
